Barry Air Studios retains copyrights to the images and derivative works for its photography services including

(i) the moral right to be identified as the author of the photographs

(ii) all proceeds arising from the commercial use of the photographs (if the client did not indicate and pay for such services)

Client hereby grants Barry Air Studios the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at their photography session to further promote its services, including portfolio, website, display, advertisement, and editorial use.

Barry Air Studios agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional use only.

The client may revoke consent granted to Barry Air Studios’ use of the photographs.

Client may not, under any circumstances edit, alter or change these images in any way, which includes the use of any photo editing software or filters unless with a written consent from Barry Air Studios to do so.
